PRESIDENT/OWNER
With over 38 years of experience as a court reporter, in addition to owning and operating Emerald Deposition Reporters, Tamara is well-versed in all aspects of the reporting profession with a passion for medical malpractice, asbestos, and product defect. After receiving her Registered Proficiency Reporter certification, she became licensed as a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 1986.
Tamara currently serves as Immediate Past President for the California Court Reporters Association. Her family life focuses on exotic animal rescue and rehabilitation, as well as spending time with her two daughters.
KAITLYN B. HOUSTON

OFFICE MANAGER
Kaitlyn received her license as a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 2016 after being involved in EDR office management and transcript production for over eight years prior. With robust experience in both depositions and court proceedings, she especially enjoys medical malpractice and jury trials.
Kaitlyn has previously served on the Board of Directors for the California Court Reporters Association in addition to mentoring new CSRs and court reporting students.
